Khaleda Ekram, BUET vice-chancellor died

Khaleda Ekram, the famous BUET vice-chancellor has been died today. The 66 years old Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology VC has been passed away today morning. She died at a hospital of Bangkok this early morning.

She was very famous person in the haul university. Was very respected persons for the all students and for the all staff. Was great honored by all the teachers from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka. The 66 years old vice-chancellor was the first women vice-chancellor in the history of the Buet. She was very remarkable in her carrier.

Khaleda Ekram was breathed her last in the time of around of 2.05 am. And this was in the hospital of Bangkok. Rezaul Karim was the protocol officer of Khaleda Ekram and he confirmed to the media that she has no more in the earth.

She was the great teaching and family person. Her former carrier position was the Dean of the Architecture and Planning Faculty and was the main head of the charge on the Department of Architecture. Khaleda Ekram left one son and two daughters and many relatives in the earth and many wishers in the land. After her death people were shocked by the news. In before she was admitted in Dhaka Square hospital for the diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and after that she shifted to the Bangkok hospital at may 13.

Our President Abdul Hamid and Sheikh Hasina, the prime minister of Bangladesh was expressed their deep shocks for the Khaleda Ekram’s death. The leader of opposition party and others wishers are give their deep shocks expressed. However, we lost a remarkable asset of our country.
